Week 3 Body

Day 1 – nada

Day 2 – nada

Day 3 – nada

Day 4 – nada

Day 5 – As you can see by the photo, taking a week off can change a lot! I haven’t been eating correctly and LOOK! Lines from jeans fitting too tightly! My tummy feels like bread dough again, so I’m getting back in the game. Completed 40 push ups today and moving on to jumping jacks and then squats. I need MOTIVATION like no other.

Day 6 – walked 2 miles

Day 7 – 40 push ups, walked 1 mile.
