Starting Over: Week Three

I’m proud of myself this week. Not that I stayed on track every minute of the day, but i added  running into my routine and wow- it sure does make a difference. So, maybe my hips don’t look any smaller, but my legs definitely do and you can see muscle definition on the outer thigh. My tummy also looks smoother. No crinkled skin or gross saggy.

I also tried my hardest to eat healthy this week and also to eat less. I was eating SO MUCH the past couple of weeks. I had to remind myself that my life doesn’t revolve around food.

Two more weeks to go! I hope I reach my goal. So far I’m right on track. More running, more strength training…gotta keep going…
