Tomorrow is the 26th and as promised I will be starting my fitness routine. I’m getting myself mentally prepared today and doing my best not to binge on all the junk food I can find. It will only make the weight harder to lose after all.
I will take starting weight pictures of myself tonight and post them online to track my progress…how embarrassing! I’ll need that little kick to get in gear. By the end of it all, my ending weight pictures should be MUCH better than the first week photos. (One can hope anyway).
